Tournament Update - U.S. Bank Championship & The Open Championship

It was a great weekend for True Temper Sports at both the U.S. Bank Championship in Milwaukee and the Open Championship at Turnberry.
 
Stewart Cink (Nike) beat Tom Watson in a playoff to win his first major championship using Dynamic Gold in his irons.  The remainder of the top 10 -  Tom Watson (Adams) using Dynamic Gold in his irons and Grafalloy in his hybrids, Chris Wood (n/a – Titleist irons) using Rifle, Lee Westwood (Ping) using JZ by True Temper in his irons, Luke Donald (Mizuno) using Dynamic Gold, Retief Goosen (Taylor Made) using PX, Mathew Goggin (Taylor Made) using Dynamic Gold, Soren Hansen (Titleist) using Dynamic Gold, Ernie Els (Callaway) using KB Tour in his irons but PX 10A2 in his 3 wood and Rifle Lite in his 5 wood, Justin Leonard (Nike) using Dynamic Gold, Thomas Aiken (Callaway) using Dynalite Gold and Richard S. Johnson using Dynamic Gold.
 
 
In Milwaukee, Bo Van Pelt (Nike) beat John Mallinger in a playoff using Dynamic Gold SL in his irons and PX 7A3 in his driver.  The remainder of the top 10 are all True Temper – John Mallinger (Taylor Made) using Dynamic Gold, Jerry Kelly (Cleveland) using Black Gold, Dicky Pride (Taylor Made) using Dynamic Gold, Jeff Quinney (Nickent) using Dynamic Gold, Jeff Klauk (Titleist) using PX, Tim Petrovic (Callaway) using Dynamic Gold Lite, Spencer Levin (Taylor Made) using Dynamic Gold, Jason Gore (Cobra) using Dynamic Gold, Kris Blanks (Nike) using Black Gold, Kevin Na (Titleist) using Dynamic Gold, Omar Uresti (Callaway) using Black Gold, Brendon de Jonge (Titleist) using PX and Chris Riley (Ping) using ZZLT by True Temper.
 
It is great to note we had 3 players in the top 10 using Black Gold – thanks to a great piece of design work by Greg Cavill.
