OBAN Announces the Release of the New Oi-Series Composite Iron Shafts

CHICAGO, IL - Oban Composites LLC announces the release of its first generation of high performance composite iron shafts. The Oi-Series are developed utilizing the same high modulus materials and tournament winning designs found with Oban wood shafts.

Oban Oi-Series offers performance values to a wide range of players. The heavier weights offer a consistent ball launch and spin rate found in shafts sought out by the better player. The lighter weights offer a higher trajectory, which is similar to the ball flight found in lighter weight Oban wood shafts. Oban's initial offering will include 53, 63, 73, and 83 gram versions and 93 and 103 gram versions are to come in late Spring.
