Simpac Golf, the industry pioneer in square clubhead innovation, has announced the launch of their newest products designed with their signature geometric features. The all-new Simpac S-Cube CT58 Fairway Wood and HB45 Utility Club combines all the benefits of a Simpac square geometry with the playability and versatility of fairway and hybrid clubs.

“Simpac designed golf’s first USGA-approved square (cubed) driver and we’re very excited to bring that same geometry-enhanced technology to fairway and hybrid clubs,” says Shaun Smith, marketing representative for Simpac Golf. “We are constantly researching new ways to enhance the feel and playability of our golf clubs, and the new S-Cube series clubs will impress golfers of all levels.”

Simpac’s square driver design allows for extreme flexibility in engineering and utilizes greater perimeter weighting without increasing head weight or volume. As a result, the clubhead’s perimeter weighting is positioned farther away from the head’s center of gravity (COG) than is possible with more traditional pear-shaped or rounded clubheads. This maximizes the club’s Moment of Inertia (MOI) and provides greater accuracy and more efficient power transfer.

Smith further explains that the unique geometric design of Simpac clubs creates a larger sweet spot that delivers greater shot accuracy even when impact occurs on the toe or heel of the club. The cube-like shape also enhances the clubhead’s stability which transfers more energy to the ball at impact, resulting in more powerful, longer drives. In addition, the Simpac’s square design makes it easier for golfers to properly align the clubhead and themselves with the ball.

“Today, golfers realize that performance and value are keys to a successful golf game,” adds Smith, “and for that they’re looking at true innovations, such as Simpac drivers, woods and hybrids.”
